Family Room
The family room is more often than not where guests spend most of their time inside the villa. Conveniently adjoined to the kitchen, and positioned centrally between the secondary bedrooms, the lounge and hallway, the family room is the focal point for the house. And just as well too, as it sports an excellent living area complete with inviting couches and coffee table arranged around the large 46in television, providing an excellent place for families to sit down with drinks and talk about the fun they've had during the day, and their plans for the rest of their holiday. A DVD player is also included for guests to sit down and enjoy a movie or two during their stay.
Kitchen & Dining Area
In our experience, good food is always an integral part of a good holiday, and the kitchen and dining area of Briarwood Villa allows you to make the most of it! The kitchen is fully equipped with modern facilities, including a large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. The open plan design of the kitchen contributes to a family atmosphere, and the large glass dining table adds a touch of elegance. Whether you're preparing a light lunch or a candlelit dinner, you'll find this well-equipped kitchen adapts to your needs.
The kitchen includes a microwave; dishwasher and all glasses, tableware and utensils you may require.
Pool & Lanai Area
The partly shaded lanai includes an outdoor dining area with barbeque facilities - perfect for enjoying a meal whilst taking in the sunset over the southwest-facing pool.
The pool itself is generously dimensioned and aesthetically pleasing, and, being heated by solar power, is always pleasant to dip into!
The screened pool area provides an excellent place to sunbathe and unwind during the day, and being fully illuminated at night, an evening swim is always an attractive option.
Master Bedroom
The large, tastefully decorated master suite, dominated by the palatial king size bed, sets the tone for the rest of the villa in comfort and enjoyment. Patio doors, which overlook the lake, offer direct access to the pool and lanai - allowing guests to start their day with a morning swim. Inside, the bedroom is a snug environment - apart from the cosy furnishings, cable TV is included for those who like to curl up at night and watch their favourite programmes.
A large en-suite bathroom, complete with double vanity units, a generously-sized walk-in dressing room, a double shower and a deliciously deep soaking tub, also abuts the room.
Unfortunately, however, the guests will eventually have to leave the bedroom to be able to enjoy the rest of the house!
